1980s Oscar de la Renta brown velvet and gold lace evening tunic style dress. Short caftan style in sheer cut velvet fabric with gold lace trim. Delicate ruffles in place of shoulder pads to give shoulders a little lift.  Sheer illusion neckline. Iconic piece from an iconic designer. Very dramatic yet still delicate. Excellent condition.
